Ruth Barbara Guill, 87, of Lynchburg died Monday, November 29, 2021. She was the wife of the late Randolph Delaware Guill.
Barbara was born October 2, 1934, in Lynchburg, a daughter of the late James Garfield Londeree and Florence Smoot Londeree. Barbara was retired as a Sales and District Manager with the K-Mart Corporation and was a member of Timberlake United Methodist Church in Lynchburg.
She is survived by her three children; Randolph James Guill (Carol) of Coopersburg, PA, Karen Guill Ragland (Duane) of Lynchburg, and Jeffrey Garfield Guill of Monroe, eight grandchildren; Mary Rebecca McGonigle, Jimmy Guill, Pete Place, Jennifer Ruth, Brian Ragland, Kevin Ragland, Courtney Moorefield, and Patrick Ragland, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
A graveside service for Barbara will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at Spring Hill Cemetery with Pastor Brad McMullen and Estelle Holt officiating.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
